KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 30,
2005 and executed Miles Beverage, Inc., A Wyoming Corporation, a mortgage conveying a lien
on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $215,491.47 which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 1st day of July 2005 in Book 590 of Mortgages, at Page 41 as
document #909664 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:

The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and

said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
