PURSUANT TO GENERAL CONTINUING LIEN
Pursuant to the General Continuing Lien provided for in Article IV, Section 1 of that certain
First Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Trail Ridge Subdivision
dated October 20, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on November 6,
2006, in Book 639, page 343 "the Declaration Trail Ridge Property Owners Association "the
Association hereby executes this Lien Statement for filing in the office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.

2. Amount of claim: The present amount of the claim is $7,600.00. The amount may increase
as a result of accruing finance charges, expenses of collection including reasonable attorney fees,
and future assessments.
5. Legal Description of the Property: The real property against which the lien is claimed is
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows:
Lot 35 of the Trail Ridge Subdivision according to Plat No. 225 -F thereof on file
in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk.

6. Foreclosure for Failure to Pay the Claim. Pursuant to the Declaration, this lien may be
foreclosed and the lot sold to pay the claim pursuant to W.S. 34 -4 -101 et seq.
EXECUTED and DATED as of the 23rd day of March, 2010.

authority of its Board of Directors; and said Gerald L. Goulding acknowledged said instrument to be
the free act and deed of said corporation.
