Name and address of the person claiming the lien: Trail Ridge Property Owners Association PO Box 3165 Alpine, WY 83128 3. The name and address of the person against whose property the lien is filed: Wells Fargo Bank 5340 Kietzke Lane, 1ST Floor Suite 104 Reno, NV 89511 -2065 4. The name of the person against whom the lien claim is made: Wells Fargo Bank. 000358 2. Amount of claim: The present amount of the claim is $7,600.00. The amount may increase as a result of accruing finance charges, expenses of collection including reasonable attorney fees, and future assessments. 5. Legal Description of the Property: The real property against which the lien is claimed is located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows: Lot 35 of the Trail Ridge Subdivision according to Plat No. 225 -F thereof on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
