KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Michael Kay Brown aka Michael Brown
and Connie J. Brown aka Constance Brown, husband and wife, of Auburn, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein
convey and quitclaim unto Michael Kay Brown and Connie J. Brown and their successors,
Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Michael and Connie Brown Family Trust dated
March 1, 2010, between Grantors and Trustees, Michael Kay Brown and Connie J. Brown,
beneficiaries, of 1824 Highway 238, Auburn, WY 83111, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
SW1 /4NW1/4; SE1 /4SW1/4, Section 14, T33N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming.
S1/2SW1/4SE1/4; E1/2SW1/4, Section 23, T33N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the
NE1 /4SW1/4, Section 23, T33N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming; running thence
South 82 rods; thence West 2 rods; thence North 82 rods; thence East 2 rods to the
place of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all water rights, ditches, rights of way and improvements
thereunto belonging.
TOGETHER WITH a 33 -foot wide, perpetual right of way easement for ingress and
egress and all utilities to the SW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 14, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M.,
Wyoming, for the benefit of grantees and their heirs, successors and assigns,
described as follows: the south 33 feet of the NW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 23, T33N,
R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, from a point that is 173 feet west of the SE corner of
said NW1 /4NE1/4 to the SW corner of said NW1 /4NE1/4, said beginning point being
the SW corner of the Michael Kay and Constance Brown tract; also the east 33 feet

of the of the NE1 /4NW1/4 of said Section 23; and also the east 33 feet of the
NW1 /4SW1/4 of Section 14, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming.

Wyoming, for the benefit of grantees and their heirs, successors and assigns,
described as follows: the south 33 feet of the NW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 23, T33N,
R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, from a point that is 173 feet west of the SE corner of
said NW1 /4NE1/4 to the SW corner of said NW1 /4NE1/4, said beginning point being
the SW corner of the Michael Kay and Constance Brown tract; and also the east 33
feet of the of the NE1 /4NW1/4 of said Section 23.
SUBJECT TO a 33 -foot wide, perpetual right of way easement for ingress and
egress and all utilities to the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 14, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M.,
Wyoming, described as follows: beginning at a point on the south boundary line of
the SE1 /4SW1/4 of said Section 14 that is 33 feet east from the SW corner of said
SE1 /4SW1/4, and running thence west along said south boundary line 33 feet to
said SW corner; thence north along the west boundary line of said SE1 /4SW1/4 33
feet; thence east parallel to said south boundary line 33 feet; thence south parallel to
said north boundary line 33 feet, more or Tess, to the point of beginning.
AND ALSO,
Commencing at a point which is 25 feet west and 148 feet north of the SE Corner of
the NW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 23, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M., said beginning point being
the NE corner of the Michael Kay and Constance Brown tract and running thence
north 100 feet; thence west 148 feet; thence south 100 feet, more or Tess, to the NW
corner of said tract; thence east along the north boundary of said tract 148 feet,
more or Tess, to the point of beginning.
Commencing at a point which is 25 feet West of the Southeast corner of the
NW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 23, T33N, R119W, 6 P.M., and running thence West 148
feet; thence North 148 feet; thence East 148 feet; thence South 148 feet to the point
of beginning.

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Michael Kay Brown and Connie J. Brown, husband and wife,
