Legal Description
A tract of land in Lot 37, Section 19, T22N, R115W, 6T" P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast comer of said Lot 37, running thence S 0 °01'57" E, 2214.84
feet along the East line thereof to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line of Wyoming State
Highway No. 189, said point lying on a curve concave to the North, from which the radius point
bears N 5 °00'03" E, 3719.72 feet;
thence Westerly 1091.68 feet along said right -of -way line and the arc of said curve, through
a central angle of 16 °48'55 the long chord of which bears N 76 °35'30" W, 1087.76 feet;
thence N 68 °11'02" W, 170.00 feet along said right -of -way line;
thence N 27 °17'26" E, 2136.55 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 37;
thence N 89 °49'56" E, 235.06 fret along said North line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

thence N 62 °42'34" W, 50.00 feet;
thence N 27 °17'26" E, 100.00 feet;
thence S 62 °42'34" E, 50.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESERVING UNTO GRANTORS, THEIR HEIRS AND ASSIGNS an easement for
