N r CORRECTIVE SHERIFF'S DEED 00u444 WHEREAS, a Sheriff's Deed dated July 11, 2008 recorded in the County Clerk's office, Lincoln County, Wyoming on June 12, 2008, in Book No. 697 at Page 14 as Rec. No. 939732 contained a scrivener's error within the legal description; and WHEREAS, said scrivener's error also appeared within the legal description contained in a Certificate of Sale upon which the Sheriff's Deed was based dated February 5, 2008, recorded in the County Clerk's office, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on February 5, 2008, in Book 685 at Page 823 as Rec. No. 936743; and WHEREAS, as a result of said scrivener's error, this Corrective Sheriff s Deed is issued and executed in order to correct said scrivener's error. WHEREAS, a certain mortgage was executed by Jesse Williams to First Interstate Bank, dated September 20, 2006, and recorded in the County Clerk's Office, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on September 21, 2006, in Book 634 at Page 389 as Rec. No. 922660, and said mortgage was assigned to Wyoming Community Development Authority on August 16, 2007, and the Assignment was recorded in the County Clerk's Office, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on August 20, 2007, in Book 669 at Page 447 as Rec. No. 932317. The said Mortgage was foreclosed under Sections 34 -4 -101 through 34 -4 -113, of Wyo. Stat. Aim. (2008), after advertisement as required in the statutes and the property was sold for the sum of One Hundred Sixty -Six Thousand Twenty -Eight Dollars and 93/100 ($166,028.93) to Wyoming Community Development Authority, it being the highest bidder. The property was sold at 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2008, in Kemmerer, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. 34 -4 -108 (2008), Wyoming Community Development Authority, as Mortgagee, purchased the property foreclosed upon for the amount of One Hundred Sixty -Six Thousand Twenty -Eight Dollars and 93/100 ($166,028.93); and WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority was issued a Certificate of Sale and as holder of the Certificate of Sale is now entitled to a conveyance thereof according to the law. NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Sixty -Six Thousand Twenty -Eight Dollars and 93/100 ($166,028.93) paid by the said holder, hereby conveys to Wyoming Community Development Authority and its assignees the following described real estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to have and to hold the described premises and all appurtenances to the said Wyoming Community Development Authority and its assignees forever: Part of Lot 4 of Block 7 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 6 rods West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 4 and running thence West 66.5 feet; thence North 10 rods; thence East 33.5 feet; thence South 66 feet; thence East 33 feet; thence South 99 feet to the point of beginning Excepting therefrom the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded October 15, 1980 in Book 169PR on page 299 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
