Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
All of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and all of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 35, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
And that portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 35, and that portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36;
and that portion ot'the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying and being situate
westerly of the centerline of the Bitter Creek County Road No. 12 -140 as depicted upon that plat of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County dated 4 January 1984, and revised 19 July 1988, identical with those tracts
of land as described in the instruments of record in the said Office in Book 108 of Photostatic Records on page 38;
Book 115 of Photostatic Records on page 402; and Book 141 of Photostatic Records on page 349.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Quitclaim Deeds recorded June 15, 1995 in Book 369PR on pages 412
and 415 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Quitclaim Deed recorded June 15, 1995 in Book 369PR on
page 423 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Quitclaim Deed recorded March 15, 2000 in Book 442PR on
page 824 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
