of Photostatic Records on page 725, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter;
thence South 00 °00'33" West, 1318.61 feet, along the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, to the
southeast corner thereof;
thence South 89 °32'37" West, 86.7 feet, more or less, along the south line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter, to the approximate thread of the Salt River;
thence coursing along said thread as follows:
North 47 °48'40" West, 158.5 feet, more or less;

recorded December 20, 2000 in Book 457PR on page 651 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO, together with an Easement for ingress, egress and utilities as delineated on Plat recorded
November 9, 2000 as Instrument No. 869563 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
NOTE: This serves to correct the description of that certain Warranty Deed recorded May 9, 2008 in Book
694 on page 205 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
