Hillyard, an unmarried woman, to First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, dated March 9, 2007, and recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office on March 16, 2007, in Book 651 at Page 462 as Rec. No. 927653, and said mortgage was then assigned to Wyoming Community Development Authority on March 9, 2007, and the Assignment was recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office on March 16, 2007, in Book 651 at Page 479 as Rec. No. 927654. The said Mortgage was foreclosed under Sections 34 -4 -101 through 34 -4 -113, of Wyo. Stat. Ann. (2009), after advertisement as required in the statutes and the property was sold for the sum of One Hundred Fifty -Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Dollars and 00 /100 ($152,970.00) to Wyoming Community Development Authority, it being the highest bidder. The property was sold at 10:00 a.m. on November 24, 2009, in Kemmerer, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. 34 -4 -108 (2009), Wyoming Community Development Authority, as Mortgagee, purchased the property foreclosed upon for the amount of One Hundred Fifty -Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Dollars and 00 /100 ($152,970.00); and WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority was issued a Certificate of Sale and as holder of the Certificate of Sale is now entitled to a conveyance thereof according to the law. NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Fifty -Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Dollars and 00 /100 ($152,970.00) paid by the said holder, hereby conveys to Wyoming Community Development Authority and its assignees the following described real estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to have and to hold the described premises and all appurtenances to the said Wyoming Community Development Authority and its assignees forever: STATE OF WYOMING COUNTY OF LINCOLN 2010, by WITNESS the signature of said Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, this -7 C day of /C 2010.
