FACTOR, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTOR,"
of PO Box 737, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to JOHN MICHAEL FACTOR and PATRICIA S. FACTOR, as tenants in
common, of PO Box 737, Thayne, WY 83127, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEE," all of
Grantor's interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of the
State of Wyoming to wit:
SE -1/4 NW -1/4, Section 8, T34N, R118W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, containing
40 acres, more or less.
Subject to all covenants, restrictions, easements, rights, and rights -of -way of sight and or of
record.
Subject to all easements and restrictions of record.
