of Lincoln County, Wyoming, located within the SE1 /4SW1/4 of Section 26, T35N, R119W, of the 6th.
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the Subdivision of this property is with my free consent and desires.
That the Name of the Subdivision shall be D&E Acres H, the Boundary and Encumbrances being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the North line of the NE1 /4NW1/4 of Section 35, of said T35N, R119, said
Point being 248.69 feet S88 °41'59 "E, along said North line, from the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368,
1995 location for the Northwest Corner of said NE1 14NW1 /4 of said Section 35; thence Northerly, to
and along the East bank of the East Side Canal the following:

the Point of Beginning, containing One Subdivision Lot, Encompassing 3.68± Acres of land.
