PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Pioneer Builders of Nevada, does hereby
certify that mortgage agreement bearing the date of March 24, 2009 as evidenced by.
Notice of Interest recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex -Officio Register of
Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 15, 2009 in Book 723PR, Page 101
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Unit Lot 10 of the Sundance Condominiums together with undivided
interest in common elements in accordance with the Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded March 12, 2008 in Book
689PR on Page 302 and by the official plat filed on March 12, 2008 as
Instrument No. 937526 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Is, released, and discharged as to the aforementioned premises, and in consideration
thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release any and all interest in the premises
described herein.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder
of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
