CORNER OF SECTION 1; AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID
SECTION LINE 175 FEET; THENCE WEST 249 FEET; THENCE NORTH 175
FEET; THENCE EAST 249 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on December 1, 2009, and the Certificate of
Sale was filed on December 1, 2009, at Reception No. 950821 in Book 737 at
Page 181 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
