WHEREAS, Debbie K. Nelson, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for New Line
Mortgage, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain
mortgage dated July 20, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records
of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 27, 2007, at Reception No. 931666
in Book 667 at Page 179.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for New
Line Mortgage, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on December 1, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as
nominee for New Line Mortgage "Successful Bidder made the highest and
best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $143,678.91,
and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on
December 1, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 1, 2009, at
Reception No. 950821 in Book 737 in Page 181;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated February 8, 2010 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on 2010, at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:

A parcel of land located within the Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32
North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning on the East section line of said Section 1,
at a point which is South, a distance of 1422 feet,
from the East Quarter corner of Section 1; and
running thence South along said section line 175 feet;

thence West 249 feet; thence North 175 feet; thence
East 249 feet to the point of beginning
with an address of 89211 US Highway 89, Grover, WY 83122
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this
Sheriff's Deed to be executed and delivered on the '7 day of
