THIS DEED, made between SALLY SARVEY DOWNS, as a joint tenant with right of
survivorship, grantor, and
JAMES E. SARVEY and JULIA G. SARVEY, as husband and wife,
whose legal address is P.O. Box 382, Glenrock, WY 82637,
of the County of Converse, and State of Wyoming, grantees.
WITNESSETH, that the grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS,
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, has remised, released, sold and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise,
release, sell and quitclaim unto the grantees, and their heirs, successors and assigns, forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the grantor has in and to the real property,
together with improvements, if any, situate, lying, and being in the County of Lincoln and State
of Wyoming, described as follows:
N1 /2W1/3 of Lot 4 and the N1 /2 of Lot 3, all in Block 6 in the Town of Grover, County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
