Ricks, husband and wife, do hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 23, 2010, made and executed by Chet A. Erickson and Bethany B. Erickson, husband and wife as mortgagor, to Loren W. Ricks and Karen M. Ricks, husband and wife, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $125,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 24th day of March 2010, in Book 744 PR of Mortgages, at Page 340, as instrument number 952650, and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: Parcel 2: PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE Lot 7 of Bitter Creek Ranches Subdivision 3 Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on December 29, 2008 as instrument No. 944367 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. It being expressly understood and agreed that this partial release shall not affect the said mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
