other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without
recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Van Hokanson and Joyce Hokanson,
Trustees of the Van Hokanson and Joyce Hokanson Joint Revocable Trust dated April 5, 2010,
whose address is 11788 WY Hwy 238, Afton, Wyoming 83110 all of Grantors' right, title and
interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby releasing
and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
