in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to C. Eileen Rudd and Karen L. Littell, Trustees, and
their successors in trust under The James W. Rudd and C. Eileen Rudd Irrevocable Trust dated April 8, 2010,
and, Grantees, whose address is 3331 Oxcart Lane Casper, WY 82604, in the following described real estate,
situate in Natrona County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT TWELVE (12) LOT EIGHTY -SIX (86) As PLATTED AND
RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
The JAMES W. RUDD AND C. EILEEN RUED IRREVOCABLE TRUST (the "Trust is dated April 8, 2010, and was executed at
Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming. The Trustees and any successor trustees are empowered to buy, sell, convey, encumber, assign,
lease and in all manners deal in and with the assets of such trust without giving notice to or obtaining consent of the beneficiaries.
