HomeMy WebLinkAbout952899KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 11"' 2006 and executed by Howard N Rhoads, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $205,208.00, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 16"' day of August, 2006 in book 630 of Mortgages, at Page 529 as document #921388 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to wit: RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE" 00379 The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
