ALAN WALTER MAKI and ANN W. MAKI a/k/a ANN WHITAKER MAKI, acting as
Trustees of the Maki Trust dated November 8, 2007, GRANTORS, whose address is P.O. Box
3888, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ALAN W. MAKI and ANN W.
MAKI, TRUSTEES of the Maki Trust dated November 8, 2007, GRANTEES, whose address is
P.O. Box 3888, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:

Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
