KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 05, 2006
and executed Thomas Drilling, LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability Company. a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of 152,117.00
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 23rd day of August 2006 in Book 631 of Mortgages, at
Page 269 as document 921601 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this Aft day of
