Winfield Road, Warrenville, IL 60555, Attention: Real Estate Attorney, Re: 550 South
Highway 30, Cokeville, WY, is the current Lender under that certain Mortgage executed by Tri-
Valley Distributing, Inc., as Borrower in favor of Amoco Managers Acceptance Corp., as Lender
(the "Mortgage which was recorded on May 27, 1998 as Receiving No. 850677, in Book 412
P.R. at Page 165, Lincoln County Official Records. Ultimate Finance Corp. f /k/a Amoco
Managers Acceptance Corp. has executed an Assignment of Mortgage in favor of the
undersigned which is recorded simultaneously with this Release of Mortgage,
The undersigned hereby certifies that the obligations of the Borrower under the Mortgage
have been discharged and released and the purposes of the Mortgage have been fully satisfied.
The undersigned hereby releases the Mortgage and releases the lien of such Mortgage
from the real property more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 276 of Photostatic Records on Page 201 -202, described as follows: Beginning at
the Northeast post of said tract in Book 276, North 36 °47'55" East, 1722.52 feet from Corner
No. 1 of Tract No. 72, Township 24 North, Range 119 West, on the Westerly right -of -way line of
U.S. Highway 30; thence South 11 °4T31" East 676.78 feet, along said westerly right -of -way
line, to the Southeast point of said tract; thence North 89 °22'04" West 732.16 feet, along the
South line of said tract to a rebar; thence North 00 °36 East 6 feet to a rebar on the
