HomeMy WebLinkAbout953053RELEASE OF MORTGAGE The undersigned, BP Products North America Inc., a Maryland corporation, 4101 Winfield Road, Warrenville, IL 60555, Attention: Real Estate Attorney, Re: 550 South Highway 30, Cokeville, WY, is the current Lender under that certain Mortgage executed by Tri- Valley Distributing, Inc., as Borrower in favor of Amoco Managers Acceptance Corp., as Lender (the "Mortgage which was recorded on May 27, 1998 as Receiving No. 850677, in Book 412 P.R. at Page 165, Lincoln County Official Records. Ultimate Finance Corp. f /k/a Amoco Managers Acceptance Corp. has executed an Assignment of Mortgage in favor of the undersigned which is recorded simultaneously with this Release of Mortgage, The undersigned hereby certifies that the obligations of the Borrower under the Mortgage have been discharged and released and the purposes of the Mortgage have been fully satisfied. The undersigned hereby releases the Mortgage and releases the lien of such Mortgage from the real property more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
