KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Earl H. Peavler, Jr., and LuAnn C. Peavler,
husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Earl H. Peavler, Jr., and LuAnn C. Peavler and
their successors, Trustees, of the Earl H. Peavler, Jr., and LuAnn C. Peavler Family Trust dated
May 1, 1997, Earl H. Peavler, Jr., and LuAnn C. Peavler, beneficiaries, of PO Box 395, Afton, WY
83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought
to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
All those lands as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached and
incorporated herein by this reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Earl H. Peavler, Jr. and LuAnn C. Peavler, husband and wife,
have hereunto set their hands as of the 22nd day of April, 2010.

Part of that tract of land known as Tract 3 of the Peavler Family Exemption, as
described in a Deed of Record, executed June 13, 2003, and recorded in Book
663, Page 697 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, said tract being located
within the SE1 /4NE1 /4 of Section 29, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING on the west boundary line of the said SE 1 /4NE 1 /4 of Section 29 at a
point which bears N 0 °08'09" W a distance of 377.23 feet from the Center East
1/16 Corner of said Section 29; and running
THENCE N 0 °08'09" W a distance of 550.52 feet to the intersection with an
existing road centerline;
THENCE along a centerline circular curve to the right, with a beginning bearing
of S 62 °23'25" E and a radius of 250 feet, through a delta angle of 21°44'54",
along an arc distance of 94.89 feet;
