Peavler, Jr., and LuAnn C. Peavler, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Earl H. Peavler, Jr., and LuAnn C. Peavler and their successors, Trustees, of the Earl H. Peavler, Jr., and LuAnn C. Peavler Family Trust dated May 1, 1997, Earl H. Peavler, Jr., and LuAnn C. Peavler, beneficiaries, of PO Box 395, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit: All those lands as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
