CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and
transfers to OneWest Bank, FSB, whose address is 888 East Walnut Street,
Pasadena, CA 91101, all the rights, title and interest in and to that certain Real
Estate Mortgage dated November 11, 2005, executed by Dale R. Sequera and
Susan J. Sequera, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee
for Quicken Loans, Inc. and recorded on November 21, 2005, at Reception No.
913893 in Book 605 at Page 435 of the Official Records in the County Recorder's
Office of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on real estate legally described as
follows:
THE LOT NUMBERED (12) OF THE BLOCK NUMBERED THIRTY -FOUR (34) IN
THE FIRST ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, COUNTY OF LINCOLN,
STATE OF WYOMING, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS, IMPROVEMENTS
AND APPURTENANCES THEREON SITUATE OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING
THEREUNTO
with an address of 501 Pearl Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101
TOGETHER with all its rights, title and interest in the note thereon described
or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon with interest.
