KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Horace LaRoyce Nield and Billie Renee
Nield, Trustees of the Horace LaRoyce Nield Family Living Trust dated April 18, 1984, for an
undivided 1/2 interest, and Horace LaRoyce Nield and Billie Renee Nield, Trustees of the Billie
Renee Nield Family Living Trust dated April 18, 1984, for an undivided 1/2 interest, grantors, of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto
David A. Parker and Renee Parker, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of
401 9th Avenue West, Williston, ND 58801, all right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of the N1/2NE1/4 of Section 35, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being all of that tract of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 479
PR, page 763, and part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 533 PR, page
693, more particularly described on the attached "Description for Horace LaRoyce
Nield Family Living Trust dated 18 April 1984, and Billie Renee Nield Family Living
Trust dated 18 April 1984 LaRoyce Nield House Tract Adjusted which is
incorporated herein by this reference.
EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto the Grantors, Horace LaRoyce Nield and
Billie Renee Nield, for their joint and several lives, all rights concerning the above
described property, including without limitation, the sole use, control, benefit, and
right to possession and all rents and profits from the described real property.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

1984, and Billie Renee Nield Family Living Trust dated 18 April 1984, described in and which
executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said
trusts; that said trustees had the authority under the terms of the written trust instruments to
execute the instrument on behalf of the trusts; and said trustees acknowledged said instrument to
be the free act and deed of said trusts.
