WHEREAS, Mitzi L. Harrison, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Horizon
Home Loan Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property
by that certain mortgage dated October 23, 2006 (the "Mortgage and duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 1, 2006, at
Reception No. 923993 in Book 639 at Page 30.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of First Horizon Home Loans a division of First Tennessee Bank
National Association, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on December 15, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, First Horizon Home Loans a division of First
Tennessee Bank National Association "Successful Bidder made the highest
and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$131,000.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on December 15, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December
15, 2009, at Reception No. 951084 in Book 738 in Page 253;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said First Horizon Home
Loans a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, 4000 Horizon
Way Suite 100, Irving, TX 75063, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and
interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, to -wit:

Section 18, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of the 6 P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 265 of Photostatic
Records on Page 469, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter found as described in the Corner Record filed in
said office; thence South 89 °57'24" East, 742.69 feet, along the
North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, to
the Northeast point of said tract; thence South 00 °19'56" West,
445.38 feet along the East line of said tract, to a point; thence North
89 °50'35" West, 742.78 feet, parallel with the South line of said
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, to a spike on the West
line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence
North 00 °20'40" East, 443.91 feet, along said West line, to the
Corner of Beginning
with an address of 2738 Highway 241, Afton, WY 83110
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to First Horizon Home Loans a division of First Tennessee Bank
National Association, its successors and assigns forever.
