WHEREAS, Dennis E. Hacklin, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Rocky Mountain
Bank, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain
mortgage dated June 19, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the
records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 5, 2007, at Reception No. 930972
in Book 664 at Page 575.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Rocky Mountain Bank, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on December 15, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Rocky Mountain Bank "Successful Bidder made the highest and
best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $58,873.63, and
the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on
December 15, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 15, 2009, at
Reception No. 951087 in Book 738 in Page 260;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Aurora Loan
Services, LLC, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of
Certificate of Sale dated February 12, 2010 and recorded in the records of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on April 7 2010, at Reception No.

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Aurora Loan Services,
LLC 601 5th Avenue, P. O. Box 1706, Scottsbluff, NE 69363 -1706, its
successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real
property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
The Lots 13, 14, 15, and 16 of the Block B of
Riverview Addition to the Town of LaBarge, formerly
Tulsa, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
with an address of 220 3rd Avenue, LaBarge, WY 83123
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Aurora Loan Services, LLC, its successors and assigns forever.
