SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Matthew Aaron White and Gabriel White, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated August 1, 2006 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
August 2, 2006, at Reception No. 920877 in Book 628 at Page 622.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained
in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on December 8, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon,
at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at
925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$120,000.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on December 8, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 8,
2009, at Reception No. 950929 in Book 737 at Page 642;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to U.S. Bank
National Association, as Trustee for the C -BASS Mortgage Loan Asset Backed
Certificates, Series 2007 -CB1, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated February 11, 2010 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on f =-t;Y7 t 61:7 2010, at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said U.S. Bank National
Association, as Trustee for the C -BASS Mortgage Loan Asset Backed
Certificates, Series 2007 -CB1, whose mailing address is 4828 Loop Central
Drive, Houston, TX 77081, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest
to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to -wit:

BEING A PART OF LOT 2 OF BLOCK 27 OF THE
TOWN OF AFTON IN SAID LINCOLN COUNTY;
COMMENCING SIX (6) RODS EAST TO THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2 IN BLOCK 27 OF
THE AFTON TOWNSITE SURVEY AND RUNNING
THENCE EAST FOUR (4) RODS, THENCE SOUTH
EIGHT (8) RODS; THENCE WEST FOUR (4) RODS;
