Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar
Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006 -6, acting under a power of sale contained
in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on December 8, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon,
at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at
925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee
for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006 -6 "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$187,281.25, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on December 8, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 8,
2009, at Reception No. 950930 in Book 737 at Page 649;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Deutsche Bank
National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust,
Series 2006 -6, c/o Fidelity National FC Solutions, 1270 Northland Drive, #200,
Mendota Heights, MN 55120, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and
interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 44 of Palis Park Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on
March 2, 1966 as Instrument No. 389848 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk

with an address of 191 West Mill Circle, Alpine, WY 83128
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar
Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006 -6, its successors and assigns forever.
