Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 26,
2006 and executed by Richard G. McCormick and Ethel D. McCormick, Husband and Wife,
to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $15,000.00 which mortgage was re- recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 7th day of June, 2006 in book 622 of Mortgages, at Page 504 as document
919130 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its Cashier and its corporate seal to be affixed, this a`' day of
