Lindberg, Jaclyn Belva Lowry, Sherry Lindberg and Laurie Sue Mignano, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Wilton Lindberg Family Living Trust, dated April 28 2010, Wilton J. Lindberg, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is 2729 State Hwy. 241, Afton, WY 83110 their interest in the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Parcel 1 Upper Ranch Property That property as described on that certain Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof. TOGETHER WITH all water, water rights, ditches and ditch rights and other appurtenances thereunto belonging. SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights -of -way of sight or record. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon. With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantors hereby states, represents and warrants that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the ,M day of, 2010, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
