Sherry Lindberg and Laurie Sue Mignano, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Wilton Lindberg Family Living
Trust, dated April 28 2010, Wilton J. Lindberg, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is 2729 State Hwy.
241, Afton, WY 83110 their interest in the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1 Upper Ranch Property
That property as described on that certain Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this
reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all water, water rights, ditches and ditch rights and other appurtenances
thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights -of -way of sight or
record.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantors hereby states, represents and warrants that
the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the ,M day of, 2010, that said
Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in
the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.

DOLLARS and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to: WILTON J. LINDBERG, JACLYN
BELVA LOWRY, SHERRY LINDBERG, and LAURIE SUE MIGNANO, as Joint
Tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, GRANTORS,
of 2729 Highway 241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to -wit:
The West half of the Southeast Quarter (W1 /2SE1 /4) of Lots three (3) and
four (4) of Section seven (7) in Township thirty -one (31) North of R118W of
the 6th P.M. in Wyoming, containing one hundred fifty -seven and twenty -nine
hundredths (157.29) acres.
Also commencing at a point the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of
Section seven (7) in Township thirty -one North of R118W of the 6th P.M. and
running thence West six (6) rods; thence South one hundred sixty (160) rods;
thence East eleven (11) rods; thence North one hundred sixty (160) rods to the
place of beginning, containing eight and one -half (8.5) acres of land more or
less.
EXCEPT: Beginning at a point which is five hundred seventy -six (576) feet
South from the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section seven (7)
in Township thirty -one (31) North of R118W of the 6th P.M., in Wyoming,
and running thence South three hundred eighty (380) feet; thence West 30°
South, one thousand one hundred twelve (1112) feet; thence West two

beginning, containing ten (10) acres of land, more or less.
