HomeMy WebLinkAbout953177KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that ORIN JAMES BUDGE, Trustee of the Orin James Budge Revocable Trust Agreement dated January 6, 2000, and BONNIE ELIZABETH BUDGE, Trustee of the Bonnie Elizabeth Budge Revocable Trust Agreement dated January 6, 2000, "Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey and quitclaim unto BUDGE MOBILE HOME PARK, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, "Grantee of P.O. Box 1026, Jackson, WY 83001, any and all right, title, and interest they may have in the real property situate in Teton County, Wyoming more fully described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is the Grantors' intent that this deed shall convey any after acquired title of the Grantors in the above described real property and the Grantors hereby assign unto the Grantee all rights and warranties of title received by it by operation of law or otherwise. The Grantors hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the homestead 'exemption law of the State of Wyoming.
