HomeMy WebLinkAbout953179Pursuant to Power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in that certain Mortgage, dated December 26, 2008, recorded January 7, 2009 in Book 712, Page 491 in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office from Barry Griest and Linda Griest to the Bank of Jackson Hole, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter described according to law, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 27th day of April, 2010. The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property described below, after due and legal notice given, to the Bank of Jackson Hole, the mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $53,709.46 Dollars, the highest bid at the public auction conducted by the undersigned. The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more particularly described as follows: Lot 6 Star Valley Ranch, Plat 22, as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff's deed for the property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption, unless the property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
