Mortgage, dated November 8, 2006, recorded November 13, 2006 in Book 640, Page
117 in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office from Barry Griest and Linda Griest,
Husband and Wife, to the Bank of Jackson Hole, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter described according to law, at the
front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock
a.m., on the 20th day of April, 2010.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property
described below, after due and legal notice given, to the Bank of Jackson Hole, the
mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $261,291.54 Dollars, the highest bid at
the public auction conducted by the undersigned.
The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 18 of Shadow Dancer Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming
according to that plat filed August 11, 2004 in the office of
the County Clerk as Plat No. 173 -C.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff's deed
for the property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption, unless the
property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this Certificate of Purchase this
day of 2010.
