KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Caroline B. Reed, of 3008 Blickling
Drive, Waxhaw, NC 28173, Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND WARRANTS to Anchor Properties, LLC, A Wyoming Close Limited Liability Company,
of 3008 Blickling Drive, Waxhaw, NC 28173, Grantee, the following described real estate
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit:
A portion of the SE'/SE'/ of Section 20, T34N R118W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Section 20 and running West, along
the South line of said Section 20, 800.00 feet; thence North 545.64 feet; thence
East 796.68 feet to the East line of said Section 20; thence S 0 °20'56" E, along
last said East line, 545.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
