COMES NOW, I Lloyd B. Baker, PE /LS 698 and being upon oath
first duly sworn, state and allege as follows:
1. The affiant is the same person that performed the
survey for the property described in Warranty deed
recorded September 10, 2009, with Receiving No.
949384 in Book 731 on Page 605 for John Gallo and
Marcia Gallo with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
2. That this affidavit is given pursuant to and in
accordance with Wyoming State Statute 34 -11 -101
Wyoming Statutes (2007 amended), for the purpose of
correcting errors in descriptions of land in recorded
instrument.
3. That a typographical errors in the Warranty Deed for
John Gallo and Marcia Gallo recorded with Receiving
No. 949384, in Book 731 on Page 605 should be and are
hereby modified by correction as follows:
CORRECTED DESCRIPTION
John Gallo and Marcia Gallo
The property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with
Document No. 835574, in Book 395PR, on Page 639, and a
portion of the property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded with Document No. 455410, in Book 111PR, on Page,
248, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the SE1 /4NE1/4 and the N1/2SE1 /4 of Section
8, T34N, R118W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Baker Engineers PE /LS 698, 2000 location
for the Southeast Corner of the SW1 /4NE1 /4 of said Section
8; thence Nl 00'43 "E, along the East line of said
SW1 /4NE1/4, 1,329.34 feet to the Baker Engineers PE /LS 698,
1998 location for the Southwest Corner of the NE1 /4NE1 /4 of
said Section 8; thence S89 07'59 "E, along the South line of
said NE1 /4NE1 /4, 1,254.61 feet to the Northeast corner of
Lost Creek Ranchettes Subdivision, as shown on the Plat
recorded with Document No. 437793, Map No. 159, with said
Office; thence N89 37'52 "W, along the North line of said
Subdivision, 1,154.14 feet to Northwest corner of Lot 10 of
said Subdivision; thence S0 16'38 "W, along the West line of
said Lot 10 and prolonging along the West lines of Lots 12
through 16, 1,981.29 feet to a Point in the North line of
the S1 /2 of the NW1 /4SE1 /4 of said Section 8; thence
N89 39'13 "W, along said North line, 760.93 feet to the
Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1998 location for the Southeast
Corner of the NW1 /4 of said NW1 /4SE1 /4, of said Section 8;
thence Nl 03'06 "E, along the East line of said NW1 /4 of
said NW1 /4SE1 /4, 662.98 feet to a Point in the South line
of said SW1 /4NE1/4 of said Section 8; thence S89 39'31 "E,
along said South line, 634.53 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, Encompassing 14.97± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH: The Right of Ingress, Egress, along Alford
Way, and Ellis Lane, from Lost Creek County Road 12 -120, as
shown on said Lost Creek Ranchettes Subdivision Plat.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: All Oil, Gas or other Mineral Rights.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Reservations, Rights -of -Way and Improvements
of sight and /or record.
