WHEREAS, Earl M. Pacheco, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Wells
Fargo Bank, N.A., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that
certain mortgage dated July 27, 2004 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the
records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 27, 2004, at Reception No.
901402 in Book 563 at Page 136.
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in
the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on November 3, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon,
at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at
925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$78,808.23, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful
Bidder on November 3, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued
by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 3, 2009, at
Reception No. 950340 in Book No 735 at Page 67.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 27, 2010
and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And
Assigns whose address is c/o Michaelson, Connor, Boul, Inc., 5312 Bolsa Ave,
STE 200, Huntington Beach, CA 92649, ATTN: Single Family Property
Disposition Branch, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
