The above captioned matter came on for hearing before the Court on the Petition for
Partial Distribution filed herein by the Personal Representative; and the Court, having reviewed
the court file of record herein and being duly advised in the premises, finds that all interested
parties have consented to said Petition for Authority to Make Partial Distribution and waived
notice and hearing thereon; that the Court has full and complete jurisdiction over the subject
matter and all interested parties; and that this matter ought to proceed on to final hearing and
determination on the merits.
This matter proceeding on to final hearing and determination, the Court finds that good
cause exists for a partial distribution of the assets of the estate at this time, and that therefore an
order ought to be entered accordingly.
IT IS ORDERED that the Personal Representative shall be, and hereby is, granted the
authority to distribute the following described property in accordance with the Family Settlement
Agreement approved by the Court by Order entered on March 1, 2010:
(A) PERSONAL PROPERTY

(1) The following items of personal property shall be distributed to the
decedent's children, Jennilyn Proulx, Bryan Jensen and Jeremiah Jensen, with the
ultimate distribution of such items being up to them:
Item 1 (1) ping pong table
Item 2 (1) gun reloading kit
Item 3 (2) antelope head mounts
Item 5 (1) wooden rocker
Item 6 (1) red glider rocker
Item 8 (4) deer mounts, plus one (1) deer mount previously claimed to be joint property
Item 11 (3) pictures: Slate rock, family of foxes, and mule deer
Item 14 All, except guns (g) Remington 16 gauge shotgun; (j) 44 mag Smith and
Wesson 6 shot Black; (m) Colt gun; and (q) 30.06 Government gun, which
shall be distributed to Shelly Jensen
Item 49 (1) fish mount
Item 57 (6) fox furs
Item 58 (1) coyote skin
Item 59 (1) elk skin
Item 61 (1) gun cabinet
Items 62, 62.1, 62.2, 62.3, 62.4 and 62.5 (Hughs) (1) mountain lion skull and all sets of
deer. Elk and antelope horns on plaques, skulls or otherwise mounted,
including the abnormal antelope skull and sets of elk and deer heads in the
barn and on the back porch not listed on the estate inventory, specifically:
Elk head that hung on the back porch 7X8.
Elk head in the barn hung in the tack room 6X6 shot on Wagner Mountain.
3 Elk heads that hung on the back of the house, small 3 and 4 points.
Deer head that hung on the back porch by the bathroom.
Deer head that hung on the back porch 4X4 shot on Red Top small about 22"
wide.
Deer head in the barn 3X4 Dad shot with his bow on Red Top small about 22"
wide.
Deer head that hung down in the basement 4X4 long tines about 24" wide shot on
Never Fail.
2 deer heads that were in the barn 3X3 about 29" wide and 4X4 about 22" wide.
4 Antelope skulls that were on the TV upstairs and on the fireplace.
3 Shed horns, 2 non typical deer that were on the TV upstairs and 1 moose horn
on the fireplace.

The following items are to be, or already have been, returned to the decedent's mother:

Elk horns in living room (not on inventory)
Fishing basket and poles (not on inventory)
(2) All other items of the decedent's personal property inventoried herein or
otherwise claimed as joint property, and not already sold during the course of the probate
administration, shall be distributed to Shelly Jensen.
(B) DOC BROWN ACRES.
With respect to the following described real property, together with all
improvements located thereon, an undivided one -fourth (1/4) tenancy in common interest
shall be distributed to Shelly Jensen; an undivided one twelfth (1/12) tenancy in
common interest shall be distributed to Jennilyn Proulx; an undivided one twelfth (1/12)

tenancy in common interest shall be distributed to Bryan Jensen; and an undivided one-
twelfth (1/12) tenancy in common interest shall be distributed to Jeremiah Jensen:
Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Doc Brown Acres Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Personal Representative shall be, and hereby is,
granted the authority to execute and deliver such further instruments as may be reasonable and
necessary to complete said partial distribution of the assets of the decedent's estate.
