THE ABOVE ENTITLED MATTER, having come before the Court upon Plaintiff's, American
Collection Systems, Inc., Complaint filed on the 7th day of May, 2009, Plaintiff, having appeared by and
through its attorney, Jennifer P. Hank Defendant, Wiliam Claye, served on 20th day of February, 2010,
failed to plead or otherwise defend against the Complaint and therefore Plaintiff moved for Entry of
Default against Wiliam Claye on the 17th day of March, 2010. Defendant, Heidi Claye, pro se, filed an
Answer dated the 29th day of May, 2009. Defendant, Heidi Claye, failed to answer Plaintiff's First Set of
Interrogatories, Requests for Admissions, and Request for Production of Documents to Defendant, and
Plaintiff filed Conclusive Admissions and moved for Summary Judgment.
THE COURT having heard oral argument on the Summary Judgment motion on day of
2010 and being otherwise fully advised in the premises FINDS that good cause
exists to grant Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment against Defendant, Heidi Claye, and Plaintiff s
Motion for Entry of Default against Defendant, William Claye.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that Judgment is granted against both Defendants, Heidi Claye and
William Claye, in the amount of One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety -Six Dollars and Seventy -Three
Cents ($1,396.73). Judgment is entered as follows:
Principal: $720.00
Interest: $164.23
Statutory Fees: $0.00
NSF: $0.00
Court Costs: $0.00
Reasonable attorney fees owed to Plaintiff, American Collection Systems, Inc., in the amount of $512.50
