Mortgage, dated June 2, 2007, recorded June 12, 2007, in Book 661, Page 728 in the
Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office from 91 -3 Designs, LLC to the Jackson State
Bank Trust, now known as Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, the undersigned,
as Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter described
according to law, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer,
Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 4th day of May, 2010.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property
described below, after due and legal notice given, to Wells Fargo Bank, National
Association, the mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $255,456.57 Dollars, the
highest bid at the public auction conducted by the undersigned.
The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more
particularly described as follows:
Lot Ninety -One (91) in Star Valley Ranch, Plat Three (3), as
platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
The real property or its address is commonly known as 54
Cottonwood Circle, Star Valley Ranch, WY 83127.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff's deed
for the property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption, unless the
property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this Certificate of Purchase this
day of 2010.
