The undersigned, as owner of 12.42 percent of operating rights in the above- designated oil and gas lease, hereby transfers, assigns,
and /or subleases to the assignee shown above, the operating rights in such lease as specified below.

Containing 320.00 acres, more or less, in Lincoln County, Wyoming
LIMITED IN DEPTH from the surface of the earth to the stratigraphic equivalent of
a depth of 9, 570 feet, as encountered in the Yates Federal 30 -29 Well, located in the
SW /4 of Section 29, T25N- R111W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
This Assignment is subject to that certain Agreement dated September 24, 1982, by and
between Lillie M. Yates and Energetics, Inc. (as predecessor in interest to Energetics
Operating Company).
The interest herein conveyed is the same interest conveyed by Assignment dated February 20,
1984, recorded at Book 210PR, Page 762, of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, from
Energetics Operating Company (Assignor) to DPM, Inc., et al (Assignee).
