heretofore and on the 18 day of February, 2010, duly entered an Order authorizing and
directing Jay Dee Hacklin, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Jeanette Marie
Hacklin, Deceased, to execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as hereinafter
described;
NOW, THEREFORE, Jay Dee Hacklin, as Personal Representative of the Estate
of Jeanette Marie Hacklin, Deceased, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby
acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto JAY DEE
HACKLIN, an undivided one -half interest, and unto RON HACKLIN, an undivided one -half
interest, as Tenants In Common, GRANTEES, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as said estate has in the hereinafter described real estate,
and to their successors and assigns, forever, namely:
The real property identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor, as Personal Representative of the Estate
of Jeanett Ma ie Hacklin, Deceased, has executed this Deed this 9 day of
2010.
