HomeMy WebLinkAbout953444P151883 RELEASE SURRENDER, QUIT CLAIM, AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS ROAD AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, Fairways Offshore Exploration, Inc., a Texas Corporation "Fairways qualified to do business in the State of Wyoming, whose mailing address is 13430 Northwest Freeway, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77040, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and having no further use or purpose for the Access Roads described in the "Agreement" hereinafter referred to, does hereby release, remise, relinquish, surrender possession of and quit claim to Bell Butte Grazing Partnership, a Wyoming Limited Partnership "Bell Butte whose address is c/o Edward M. Bown, Attorney at Law, 1015 East 3900 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84124, and its respective successors and/or assigns, if any, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, all of the right(s), title(s) and interest(s) of every kind and nature, of said Fairways Offshore Exploration, Inc., in and to that certain Access Road Agreement dated July 1, 2005, and the property described therein (herein the "Agreement made and entered into by and between said Bell Butte Grazing Partnership, a Wyoming Limited Partnership "Bell Butte and said Fairways Offshore Exploration, Inc., a Texas Corporation "Fairways and all amendments, modifications or extensions made thereto, if any, which Access Road Agreement was recorded and covers lands located in Lincoln and Uinta Counties, State of Wyoming, as hereinafter set forth and described, to wit: Access Road Agreement above dated effective July 1, 2005, recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Recorder in Kemmerer, Wyoming, on November 8, 2005, in Book 604, Page 90, Entry no. 913533, and also recorded in the office of the Uinta County Clerk and Recorder in Evanston, Wyoming, on February 9, 2006, in Book 858, Pages 314 339 as Entry no. 129444, and covers portions of the following described lands in Lincoln and Uinta Counties, State of Wyoming to -wit: Access Road Agreement approximately 50 feet wide and 14,536.47 feet or 880.998 rods in length, crossing portions of the following described lands located in Lincoln and Uinta Counties, State of Wyoming, to -wit: Townshi e 17 North Ran e 119 West 6 P.M. Section 21: SW1 /4 and N1 /2 Township 18 North, Range 119 West, 6 P.M. Section 17: NE1 /4SE1 /4 Section 9: W1 /2SW1 /4 Section 5: S1/2 Township 19 North, Range 119 West, 6 P.M.
