Southeasterly 113.71 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 33 °47'05 with a radius of
192.84 feet, to a spike at the PCC of said curve, the beginning of a circular curve to the left;
Southeasterly 56.17 feet, along the arc or said curve, through a central angle of 28 °29'17" with a radius of 112.97
feet, to an intersection of said curve with the South line of said Southwest Quarter, and leave said centerline;
thence North 89 °57'49" East, 159.28 feet, along said South line, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING.
GRANTORS agree to transfer together with 25% of all minerals rights, upon, within or under the above
