Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Andrew S. Countryman and Traci A. Countryman
Husband and Wife
As joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
Grantees, whose mailing address is 1312 2 West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to -wit:
A tract of land in Lot 37, Section 19, T22N, R115W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said Lot 37, said point of beginning lying S
89 °49'56" W, 235.06 feet from the Northeast corner thereof;
running thence S 27 °17'26" W, 2136.55 feet to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line
of Wyoming State Highway No. 189:
thence N 68 °11'02" W, 275.00 feet along said right -of -way line;
thence N 21°48'58" E, 50.00 feet;
thence N 9 °08'02" W, 1768.16 feet to a point on said North line of said Lot 37;
thence N 89 °49'56" E, 1497.02 feet along said North line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said tract containing 37.000 acres, more or less
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR ACCESS across part of Lot 37, Section 19,
T22N, R115W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, said easement being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the above described tract of land, running
thence N 68 °11'02" W, 25.00 feet along the Northerly right -of -way line of Wyoming State
Highway No. 189.
thence N 21°48'58" E, 50.00 feet;
thence S 68 °11'02" E, 25.00 feet to the West line of said above described tract;
thence S 21°48'58" W, 50.00 feet along said West line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Also, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES across part of Lot 37, Section
19, T22N, R115W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, said easement being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East line of the above described tract of land, said point of
beginning Tying S 27 °17'26" W, 1127.00 feet from the Northeast corner thereof;
thence S 62 °42'34" E, 20.00 feet;
