CERTIFICATE OF OWNER'S SIGNATURE
COMES NOW, Lance Mortensen, Managing Member of Double L Ranch #3, LLC, a Wyoming
limited liability company, whose address is P.O. Box 132, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, does
hereby make the following statements of facts:
1. That Double L Ranch #3, LLC is an additional owner of the land described under the
Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "DOUBLE L RANCH PHASE III, A
SUBDIVISION WITHIN SECTION 28 T36N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING"
dated 6 January 2009, as revised, said plat filed in the records on Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County with Accession No. 950571.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and the
implications thereof.
4. That this Certificate of Owner's Signature is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as
if the original mylar of said plat had been signed.
DATED this day of 2010.
The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me by Lance Mortensen, who did
say that he is the managing member of Double L Ranch #3, a Wyoming limited liability
company and that this instrument was signed on behalf of said limited liability company and
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said company, this day of
2010.
