unto Generation Mortgage Company and existing under the laws of (herein "Assignee whose address is 3 Piedmont
Center, 3565 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30305 -1538, a certain Mortgage /Deed of Trust dated May 12,
2010 made and executed by Rayola R. Park and Marvin Howard Park,wife and husband, to and in favor of Cherry
Creek Mortgage Co., Inc., upon the following described property situated in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING:
The South Half of the South Half of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35,
Township 36 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 325 of Photostatic Records on page 286 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
Commonly Known As: 1487 County Road 110, ETNA, Wyoming 83118
such Mortgage /Deed of Trust having been given to secure payment of $315,000.00, (Maximum Principal Amount)
which Mortgage is of record in Book, Volume, or Liber No. BOOK 747 at page 368
(or as No. 953507 of the Public Records of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming together with the note(s) and obligations therein described and the money due and to
become due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under such Mortgage /Deed of Trust.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever, subject only to the terms and
conditions of the above described Mortgage /Deed of Trust.
