Barbisan, not individually, but as sole trustee of THE RENO N. BARBISAN AND BETH A. BARBISAN FAMILY TRUST DATED JULY 28, 1996, as subsequently amended, as both Grantors and Trustees, the "Grantor," and (i) Reno N. Barbisan, the sole trustee of THE SPOUSAL TRUST created by The Reno B. Barbisan and Beth A. Barbisan Family Trust dated July 28, 1996, as subsequently amended, as to an undivided fifty percent (50 interest, and (ii) Reno N. Barbisan, the sole trustee of THE SHELTERED TRUST created by The Reno B. Barbisan and Beth A. Barbisan Family Trust dated July 28, 1996, as subsequently amended, as to an undivided fifty percent (50 interest, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 3856, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, the "Grantees." WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) lawful money of the United States of America and other good and valuable consideration to Grantor in hand paid by Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents remise, release and forever QUITCLAIM unto Grantees, and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever, all right, title and interest now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor in all the following described real estate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: Lot Sixty (60) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Nine (9) as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. TOGETHER, with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any reversions, any remainders, and rents, issues and profits therefrom. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises and the appurtenances unto Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. In construing this Quitclaim Deed and where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural.
