ELAINE T. CAZIER FAMILY TRUST, Dated December 30,1991, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to ROBERT F. HUNSAKER and
JOLENE C. HUNSAKER, husband and wife, by the entireties, of P.O. Box 1209, Afton,
Wyoming, GRANTEES, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
A one -acre tract of land located within the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter (NE1 /4NW1 /4) of Section 36, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
with boundaries more specifically described as follows:
BEGINNING on the north section line of Section 36 at a point which is the
northwest corner of the Earl Jay Perry property tract as described by those deeds of
record in Book 547PR, pages 475 and 477, in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, said point being a record distance of 429 feet (26 rods) west from the
northeast corner of said NE1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 36; and running
THENCE South, along the west line of the Perry tract and the prolongation
thereof, a distance of 280.1 feet;
THENCE West, parallel to section line, a distance of 155.5 feet, more or less, to
the east line of the Noel and Sally Nelson property tract as described by that deed
of record in Book 319PR, page 644, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
THENCE North, along the east line of the Nelson tract, a distance of 280.1 feet to
the northeast corner of said tract;
THENCE East, along section line, a distance of 155.5 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 1.00 acre, more or less;
