Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To
Logan Wilkes and Jessie Wilkes, Husband and Wife,
grantee(s), whose address is: P.O. Box 402, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32 North Range 119 West of
the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent of this instrument to define the property occupied, and
the tract described is intended to be the South One Half of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 188 of Photostatic Records on page 357 and intended to correct those instruments of
record in said Office in Book 194 of Photostatic Records on page 85 and Book 196 of Photostatic Records on page
709, as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/8" x 12" steel spike within the right -of -way of State Highway 89 on the East line off said
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, South 00 °17.0' East, 377.90 feet from the Northeast corner of said
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, found as described in the Certified Land Corner Recordation
Certificate of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County;
Thence South 00 °17.0' East, the base bearing for this survey, 75.00 feet along said East line and within said right
of way to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike;
Thence South 88 °50.5' West, 49.52 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of said Highway 89;
Thence continuing South 88 °50.5' West, 240.88 feet to a point;
Thence North 00 °17.0' West, 75.00 feet to a point;
Thence North 88 °50.5' East, 240.86 feet to a point on the said West right -of -way line;
Thence continuing North 88 °50.5' East, 49.54 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
