(mailing address: PO Box 24, Boulder, WY 82923) does hereby certify that a certain
mortgage bearing the date of September 5, 2000, made and executed by Edwin D.
Johnson and Linda Zager, husband and wife, of PO Box 164, LaBarge, WY 83123,
mortgagor, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$350,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Sublette County, State of Wyoming, on the 5th day
of September, 2000, in Book 80 Mtg., page 281 and mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
